Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases from The Lost Bar, a house of the Provenance family. By placing an order you agree to them.

Made to order

Every physical piece is printed to order on archival stock and typically ships within 5–8 business days. Digital downloads are delivered as color-managed high-resolution files for personal use.

Returns

If a physical piece arrives damaged or misprinted, write to paintedalways@gmail.com within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Because prints are produced to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind on custom sizes; a print that does not match its listing is always our responsibility to make right. Reproductions

Every item is a faithful reproduction of a public-domain work, as described on Reproductions & Rights. Digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use; the underlying public-domain image carries no restriction from us.

Not alcohol marketing

We sell art, not beverages. Nothing sold here is an endorsement of, or affiliated with, any beverage company, and no age gate applies to a print.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Every charge is re-derived on our server from the published catalog at checkout; the amount you are charged is authoritative.
